Three Patient Recruitment Veterans Now on One Team


[November ##, 2014] – Kennesaw, GA and Raleigh, NC – Clinical Trial Marketing Communications. LLC (CTMC), and Integrated Clinical Trial Services, LLC (ICTS), two firms specializing in patient recruitment and retention for clinical trials announce that they have formed a joint venture called Integrated Clinical Trial Marketing Services (i-CTMS). i-CTMS will provide a broad range of patient recruitment and retention services to pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device companies.


i-CTMS will be managed by the three principals from the respective companies: Thomas Sturgis, President and COO of ICTS; Gregg Sweet, Vice President of ICTS; and Ken Wallace, President of CTMC.


i-CTMS will operate out of the CTMC offices in Kennesaw, GA, and ICTS’s office in Raleigh, NC.


“There is a short list of people with nearly 20 years of experience in the patient recruitment and retention industry,” said Tom Sturgis. “i-CTMS has three of these people on one team.”

Gregg joined ICTS as one of its founding partners after having successfully operated his own patient recruitment firm since 1995, Clinical Communications Group. He is responsible for the development of ICTS products and client strategy, working with sponsors to develop and implement integrated tactics to increase the efficiency of clinical trial investigator meetings, patient recruitment, enrollment conversion, retention and post-marketing programs. Gregg has successfully planned and executed over 150 patient recruitment programs including international, full-scale centralized recruitment programs involving over 20,000 subjects.


About Ken Wallace, MBA

Ken Wallace has spent the past 20 years planning, developing and executing marketing programs to support patient recruitment and retention for hundreds of clinical trials in a variety of therapeutic areas. Prior to founding Clinical Trial Marketing Communications (CTMC), he served in many capacities at a patient recruitment company, Clinical Solutions, most recently as President and Chief Operating Officer.
